CSB BTA is looking bad

Any suggestions of what to do for this CSB Anemone? It has looked like this for 2 days. The Rainbow BTA just above it looks fine. Parameters are NO3 < 0.25, PO4 = 0.08, Salinity = 1.025, Alk = 9.2, Ca = 420, Mg = 1520. Lighting is 2 AI Prime HD16s on a 18"x30" tank. I did a 9 gallon water change on a 120 gallon system and he started looking like this shortly after. Any help would be appreciated.

How long have you had the rainbow and the colorado sunburst mixed for?
