So I have hermit crabs some different types of snails and I want to know how often am I supposed to feed them I just set up the tank so that's all that's in there and what do I feed them?

I purposely overfeed my coral and fish so that the cleanup crew has plenty to keep them busy.

Since your tank is newer, it really depends how much algae you have growing in it and with no real bio load from fish, maybe just drop some sinking pellets in or something on the bottom like clam or fish pieces

Depends on your level of algae. Sometimes they can live off algae, but if you don’t have a lot you’ll need to provide some source of food. Also depends on the type of snails. Keep in mind nassarius snails only eat meaty foods.

What type of food would you feed your hermit crabs and those carnivorous snails and I think I have a few trumpet snails so I'm not sure if that's what they're called what food do you recommend for all these guys I'm giving them the hikari mysis shrimp but I think it would be more cost-effective with a dry food
