I only have a 13 gal tank with a couple of turbo and Cerith snails and a hermit crab. They keep the rock, etc very clean, except for two issues. One is hair and Bryopsis algae growing in zoa colonies and the other is algae growing out of holes or very rough areas on the rock. The algae gets long, which they won't eat, and spreads slowly as a result, even without high nutrients in the tank. Vibrant almost killed a few of my mushrooms last year, so I don't want to use it. Is there some cuc that will deal with these two issues?
