Cultivated Reef a fail for me..

I’ve heard some good things about this vendor, but it didn’t work out so well for me. Here’s a “3/4 inch” Walt Disney and a JF crazy fox chalice..with these fails you’d think they could refund me the $39 for the chalice. Nope!

We feel like a response should be made to this. It's true that we do not offer "refunds" but rather "replacements". Our DOA policy says we will replace any items that die and the customer would be responsible for the associated shipping costs. This is a very common practice by both vendors and hobbyists alike. We just checked on the largest 3 vendors that popped into our mind and all 3 of them have the same policy.

Also what wasn't mentioned in the above post was that we willingly offered to replace the JF chalice as well as include a second Walt Disney.
