I ordered 2 DaVinci Clowns from cultivated reef, medium size. Holly contacted me right away to apologize that mediums weren't available and asked if smalls were ok. She also gave me a heads up that shipping would be delayed by a day due to the tropical storm. I confirmed that smalls were fine and the later ship date was also fine. She promptly refunded me the price difference from the mediums. A couple days after receiving the fish, I couldnt get them to eat so I emailed her asking what they feed. She provided a very thorough explanation of the different foods they use, and also reassured me that it was normal and advised me how to proceed. We exchanged a couple emails and she was always very prompt and helpful even well after the sale had been made. And the fish arrived very healthy and in great shape.
Definitely would recommend and buy again!
