Had a great purchasing experience with Holly at @Cultivated Reef. Amazing customer service, communication, and packaging.
I've been browsing around for some designer clowns and came across cultivated reef. I wanted to ask some questions before purchasing, and Holly was able to answer every questions and concerns I had. I was even given her cell number to text/call for faster responses even though her email responses were already quick. I ended up purchasing a mocha storm, black ice longfin, and an orchid dottyback. The post purchase communication was also top notch and every question I had regarding shipping/acclimation was answered.
I was given instructions on how to best acclimate them and when they arrived, I was prepared and ready to get them acclimated. The packaging was excellent and came with heat packs. Upon opening the packaging, I could tell the fishes were of excellent quality. I was told what food they were on and I was able to get them eating. They've been in my tank for almost a week and are doing great. Holly also texts me to see how they are doing. The two clowns are already bonding and always with each other, the orchid dottyback comes out and says hi every time I come close to his cave.
Overall a great first time experience with Cultivated Reef. The main thing I look for in a business is communication and customer service. Cultivated Reefs exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I just realized they also sell corals and will be placing a coral order with them soon.
