Current price PP of Little Shop of Horror

Some videos say it should be traded at about 100-120 but some websites have it listed up around 300? I understand the large companies have large overhead but what should I be looking for price wise when coming from a hobbyist?

I personally wouldn't pay over 100 pp. Some polyps just don't hold value for very long and I think these grow well so the price will continue to drop.
