Nice work on the stand! How much of a challenge was it to get the stand level?

aluminum bends and melts when welded so the stand was pretty much made upside down to keep it level, after the welding and powder coating legs bowed a little manually bent back and never had any issues luckily!

That’s aluminum!?! Now I’m even more impressed! Aluminum is harder to weld than steel - nice work!

Please tell us more about the overflow.

thanks!yes all aluminum weighs only a few pounds, I didn't want to drill the tank so went with overflow box, the top overflow box drains into a larger overflow box placed in the sump filled with filter floss and carbon I drilled a bunch of holes in the bottom box to allow water to flow through without flooding then on opposite end of the tank I put a return pump! With a little trial and error on water amounts and couple floods I got it to work out great basically had a 15g sump on a 20g tank :)
