The time has come for another custom made sump by yours truly for one of my awesome clients.
The stand is huge and open so that gives me the option of using a 75 gallon aquarium.

The sump will contain:
Skimmer
UV
a frag/fuge
Built in ATO
Heaters
Float switches

What more could you want?

Here is the baffle placement. The spacing isn't exact but once I get all the equipments footprint I can adjust accordingly.

The skimmer will be on a shelf and the uv and heat will be located beneath that, easily accessed of course.

The frag are will have an egg crate wall to divide frags from chaeto

And here is the sump to be.

Be careful making a permanent shelf for your skimmer incase you need to adjust.. The design looks great.. Are you going to be using filter socks at all? If so.. Might have a hard time getting them on and off in the drain area..

Are you putting a whole UV unit under water! I'm a little confused here..

Your heater will be in a high flow spot so it might start collecting gunk.. :-) not a big deal just a lil more maintenance
