I placed an order at 4.30 PM and contacted the online rep at 4.50 to include $1.09 product to that order. I was told to shop locally. So rude. Been a customer with you guys for a long time... never expected a crapy CS from you guys... Your rep is correct... time to shop local or other online vendors. Bye.
