Wow, nice Flamethrower!! Now you just have to wait for the rim to grow out and show the yellow rim.. ;)

Thanks folks. If you look closely the rim is yellow. In my new set up I used crushed coral (had fine sand before) so the frag is sitting up. Because it is sitting up the rim is now growing downward and in a little. I know it is confusing.

Lighting is 2 x 150W 14K Phoenix and 2 x 96 Actinic PC's (Aqualight Pro Fixture).

Here is a shot from the side. Sorry but all I have is a point and shoot. You can see the yellow / gold rim a little better...

To be totally honest I am not sure how long I have had it. Maybe 1.5- 2 years? It came as a tiny frag.

Update: I was feeling froggy the other night and cut a piece off of the side. No eye. The mother and frag are looking fine (no tissue loss on either). I will post pics when it calms downs a little... :)

Naughty! :) I have cut a few frags myself(on accident) that didn't have an eye, survival rate for me was about 50 percent.
