Cutting cylinder aquarium?

Is it possible to cut a glass cylinder aquarium? Obviously not with house tools, but would a glass shop be capable of doing this? I have a 300 gallon cylinder I would love to cut down to fit better into my new house and was curious!
 
It's possible, question is, is it advisable. A diamond blade with water will cut it but a jig would likely have to be made to hold the tank while it's cut and a jig may have to be made to hold a saw also. If the issue is not being able to go through a door frame maybe going through a window might be an option instead.
 
If cutting is only to get it inside through a window or door . I wouldn’t cut the tank but would remove a section of the wall and move the tank in and later rebuild the wall that was removed
 
I doubt you’ll find a Glass Shop, that will even drill an Aquarium. Quick Internet Search revels that tanks Dimensions are 48 x 48 x 36 H, total height including removable glass shelf canopy and the stand is 77". Here at least one entrance on new houses has to be a nominal Minimum of 36”. It can be a single door, double door, or slider where both panel can be removed.
