Been scrubbing and vacuuming cyano every few days for a couple weeks in an attempt to control it. No net effect. Since I had one, I added a small power head to the section of sump containing the protein skimmer to mix the water better. Seems to be working. Skimmer catching more stuff, cyano is dieing off. Maybe win?
