Cyano or something else?

I've been battling this in my office tank since I went fallow a few months ago.

My initial thought was some type of turf algae, but my LFS thought it might be cyano based upon the consistency.

Turf algae. From my experience cyano is basically a blanket of red/black/brown slime.

Cyano or something else?
