Cyano Problem

My tank is 4 months old now and im having a pretty bad Cyano problem and every time I remove it from the tank it grows back in a day or two. What are some things I could do or have worked for you guys that I could try?

Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10
Phosphate: 0.05
Calcium: 400
Alkalinity: 7.5
Magnesium: 1260
Salinity: 1.025
PH: 8

Chemiclean is your friend. I had zero issues using it in my sps tank.

Yeah chemiclean is great. Also try increasing flow in dead spots.
