Cyano??

Been trying to get rid of this for months now and nothing seems to affect it. I've tried sucking it out during multiple water changes and I blast it with a powerhead daily. I even tried chemiclean which didn't phase it but it did kill a couple acro's.

Phosphates: .02

try a 3 day black out , adding microbactor 7 , and try a UV light if you have one .
