What is a good fish food to use to start my cycle?

Any flakes or pellets are fine, you could use a shrimp from the seafood section. You're just looking for organic matter that decays from bacterial activity thus producing ammonia. I like the bacteria in a bottle additions such as Dr.Tims or Microbactor 7 by Brightwell.
Basically you could use cheap fish food from Walmart, it really makes no difference.
