Tank has been cycling for 3 days. I am using biomedia from my
DT tank to help aid the process and have 15 lbs of live sand in my 13 gallon tank. How long would y’all recommend to cycle? I’ve tested with nitrates at .2ppm

I presume you use dry rock and live sand is from the bag?
Are you feeding your cycle with something? Ammonia/ dead shrimp/ghost feeding with fish food?
In my case with dry rock and some biomedia from old tank and piece of rock from old tank + fistful of sand, again from old tank and Ghost Feeding it took a bit over 2 weeks. I added another 2 weeks for safety and then I added genuine Live rock from Tampa bay.
