The instructions say 5mL per 25gal will increase ammonia by 2ppm. In your 180gal system you would have needed 36mL (1.2oz) instead of 58mL (2oz).

This means you added 3.22ppm ammonia, which is still within the recommend 2-4ppm.
In theory this should result in up to 8.7ppm nitrite, but the system will have less than 180gal due to substrate and rocks so 10ppm seems like a reasonable test result.
I suppose it won't be much more than that and there is nothing to worry about

You are still extremely far away from dangerous nitrite levels and the nitrogen cycle will not be slowed down by these levels.
