Cycling done?

So I have been cycling my tank for 4.5 weeks I never really got a nitrate spike but I think that might be because of the green hair algae that's growing is eating it here are my water test oh and I have been feeding my tank ever day I have a total of 43 gallons including sump and 30 pounds of cured live rock

I would agree...throw a CUC in there and let it go to work.
