im starting a 65 gallon softy only tank. I’m going to use 80 lbs of coralline live rock from gulf live rock. 30 lbs of reef flakes. I want to do the 4 month cycle like in the BRS video. My question is can I use microbacter 7 in conjunction with the live rock?

I don’t see why not, may not be necessary if you are using live rock with established colonies of nitrifying bacteria. Won’t hurt anything though.
