Cylindrical Acrylic Tank Question

First does anyone know of a manufacturer of a magnetic cleaning tool that is curved to clean a Cylindrical tank. This tank is 5 feet tall and 4 feet wide.
Second the tank is in front of the front window of a store and the bottom is getting a gradually growing haze. Could the light be causing this and does anyone know how to get rid of it?

good luck finding a tool with exactly the correct radius! Wow, nice tank though. What kind of haze? Is it chemical or algae?
