I thinking about getting the D&D Jumpguard for my Max E-170. You like your or hate it? Where did you buy yours? What would you change about it?

I have purchased three kits, best "DIY" lid out there imo. Not sure what more I would change, kind of at the limit of what you can do with a build it yourself kit, now that it includes black mesh. Maybe a smaller diameter mesh is all I can think of.

Thanks, any problems with power head wires in the corners?

Nope, though at most you'll be able to fit 1 gyre and one slimmer cable, unless you mod it a bit. That and don't cut it exactly to the glass, leave like 3~4mm from the glass so it can move around, not put pressure on a seam by being wedged in.

I've used most of the available kits out there and the DD Jumpguard is my favorite.
I really like the way it sits level with my eurobrace.
I bought the kit with the black netting. It reduces the glare from the lights.
