I need some help with a reef keeper. I would like to name the channels. How can I do that or am I out of luck?

You can do it via the NET module or through head unit. Do you have Lite or Elite version?

via NET just click on Edit Module Naming:

The second easiest option is to connect directly from My Reef 2.0 running on your laptop connected to one of the power strips or head unit. If you haven't already grab a copy of MyReef 2.0 install and connect to setup your DA RK. [See Application Guide, Page 14 on how to install and setup MR20]

A SID should have come with the system. The three types I have seen are in the photo below. If I remember correctly the names on the NET module are just on the NET module and not on the head unit. You will need myReef to change them on the modules.

I got it used and it didn't come with it. I believe it's the middle one I need. I guess I am out of luck trying to find one.

It does not matter which one you get as long as it is myReef ready. The bottom one in the photo is the only type that was not myReef to begin with. If it has the sticker like the one in the photo then it has been modified to work with myReef. These can be found from time to time. The alternative is if you can find someone locally that will let you use it long enough to name your output and inputs.
