I got a bright pink flowerpot coral with yellow centers about 2 months and it has been doing great. The other morning I come in and it has fallen on top of my frogspawn. It's been 2 days and it isn't looking to good, only halve of the polyps are out, but just barely. I've read that once they have been damaged it pretty much means they're a goner. I sure hope that isn't the case because this is my favorite coral. Have any of you had any experience with these corals? Is there anything I can do to help it's chances of survival?

Thanks,
-Joe

I have this same coral. It is such a slow grower and is very sensitive to changes. If I were you I would move it to a safe, low flow, low light location. Somewhere that hermits and the likes can't crawl on it or bump it off. GL, and keep us updated.

You say it fell on top of a frogspawn?
I always thought they did better on sand.
