Damaged polyp on Torch

Torch seems to have a damaged polyp, unsure how it happened but is it worth an iodine dip in case its jelly disease ?

I do not think that it is a disease - sometimes things like that just happens

They inflate and deflate all the time for any number of reasons. Wait 12-24 hours it will probably be back to normal.
