Careful. That might be one from the Pomacentrus genus instead.

The eye spot on the Talbot is more toward the middle of the fish.

That's very possible.

At one point Live Aquaria was selling Ambon damsels as "talbots."

Yeah, looks like a Pomacentrus species to me too:

Looks like either Pomacentrus amboinensis or Pomacentrus andamanensis - assuming it's a juvenile, I'd guess P. amboiensis (Ambon Damsel, as mentioned above). If the spot stays into adulthood, it'd be P. andamanensis.
