That's very possible.

At one point Live Aquaria was selling Ambon damsels as "talbots."

Yeah, looks like a Pomacentrus species to me too:
Looks like either Pomacentrus amboinensis or Pomacentrus andamanensis - assuming it's a juvenile, I'd guess P. amboiensis (Ambon Damsel, as mentioned above). If the spot stays into adulthood, it'd be P. andamanensis.
