How much to feed my tank

How much do yall think I should feed my tank, all my bigger guys are around 3-4 inches right now.
Bluejaw trigger
melanurus wrasse
Carpenter wrasse
Lamark angel
2 bar fox face
Hippo tang
6 pajama cardinals
4 scissor tail dart fish (basically firefish)
2 blue gudgeons (basically firefish)
2 stonogobiops nematodes
Pink watchman goby
Talbot damsel
Springer damsel
Yellowtail blue damsel
3 stripe humbug damsel
2 occelaris clowns
2 bicolor chromis
2 ruby dragonets that eat frozen but my tanks pretty mature anyway
Red sandhopper perch thing

Currently feeding 4 cubes a day and some nori and a little bit of mussel or pellets occasionally.
Foods I have:
Hikari spirulina brine and mysis, mega marine algae, ocean plankton
Julian sprung nori
New life spectrum pellet
Walmart seafood medley which has squid scallop shrimp and mussels. I want to get a blender so I can feed it more often because it’s very cheap to get and seems like a good option. I want to get whole clams like Paul b suggests but I’ve never been able to find any. I was feeding phyto but my culture has crashed sadly.

I like your current portion, many people feed what i would call a Thanksgiving Feast to their tank, sometimes multiple times per day. With all the mouths you are feeding, you kind of need to go heavy to make certain everyone is getting a bite, and 4 cubes should provide that, currently.

You need to observe your fish while they eat to be certain that everyone is getting a bite. They can live on very thin rations, and if they are growing they are getting enough. If they are growing fast, they are overfed IN AN Aquarium setting, which is not a problem if you do heavy maintenance & water changes. I like to minimize growth and water changes, but not have any fish looking thin. HTH>
