Hi everyone, first time posting here but I have this powder brown for 3 weeks already in my QT. After a big water change lately, I found him all of a sudden covered with dark patches all over his body. Also his behaviour changed to be quite drastic as he either swam around pretty quickly or just hid in a corner.

I’ve been dosing cupramine for a couple weeks to treat his ich. Now the ich did not return but this thing happened. Are these bacterial infections? What product should I use to treat it? I only have Paraguard but can run out and buy other medications.

That does look to be bacterial. Because you have one week left, you might dose kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 in quarantine in a couple days if it doesn’t worsen much then do large water change after 30 days and redose antibiotics.

Took a few more shots with flash light ... the skin seems seriously infected. What are those white/transparent lumps? Behavior wise ... not eating recently, breathing normally, no twitching or flashing.

Agree with the fellas here. That looks pretty darn bad. You'll have to move fairly quickly to have much of a chance to save him. Follow Humble's instructions in the link he posted and keep us updated.
