Dark spot on false yellow tang

This is highly likely a result from injury and should heal on its own as saltwater fish heal quickly But, , , do keep on eye on it for any development of infection. It would not be a bad idea to acquire seachem Kanaplex in the event you need it.
What other fish are in the tank? The center looks like a spine of some sort but just a guess

Sailfin tang-I see him going after him once in a while.
A couple clownfish
Small blue hippo
And two others I don’t remember what they are called

A yellow mimic tang. It is yellow as a juvenile then turns brown.
That is what they called it at LFS. I just googled it.

I can definitely see the sailfin using its tail scalpel to inflict this
