i got a BUNCH of hair algae in my tank and i went out and got a sea hare and lawnmower blenny. THEY DID WORK! got rid of ALOT of the algae :)

What type of lighting? How old is the lighting? Whats your Nitrate and Phosphate readings? Do you run a Sump? Do you run a Reactor? Running any media to help rid the tnak of it?

Can you post pic's of the tank?

What salt mix are you using?

I am currently battling the same thing... I added a bunch of Turbo Snails and they love that stuff...

Lots other questions. Phosphate levels, Nitrate levels, how old is tank, biodiversity of tank. Bioload of tank, feeding regimen, etc....

List all above for better advise. Its likely a nutrient problem.

Clean up crew will help but unless you find the source, it will come back. Unless you crew can exceed the source.
