I am picking up a Bleeding Apple Scoly tonight from a fellow reefer ... got an INSANE deal on it!!! In 15 years of reefing it will be my first scoly EVER! WOOT!

Your tank is amazing, very nice pictures too!

Thank you very much!!! I have DEFINITELY been testing all the settings on my camera, which is nothing special by any means, but once you adjust everything on it, it produces some very nice photos.

I have been enjoying this tank far more than my previous tanks ... My SPS have never been THIS successful. I took a big more time into planning and preparing the way this one was going to be set up ... sump/fuge design ... etc.etc.etc.

I do dose some aminos every few days ... but passed that ... nothing else ... I did the vodka ... but to be perfectly honest with you the tank looks even better since I stopped. I followed the directions from the RC articles 100%. Not against the vodka dosing at all ... it just didn't work on my tank. Everyone's tank is different. I just run carbon in a simple reactor and Rowaphos in a Deltec Reactor.

You tank is pretty pack, and love the oregon tort.. So how did the liveaquaria Acropora Hoeksemai sps do?
