I bought this dead corals and let them sit with a water and clorox to kill bacteria or whatever bad thing inside of it, do you guys think after soaking them with clorox for a day and three days just for hot water, does this rocks could grow beneficial bacteria on it once I start giving it a life to my tank?

Yes it is possible. I did sometimes with the dry rocks.
Boiled with water and vinegar, left to dry in the sun for a couple of days and then rinsed with osmosis water.

I do a bleach soak for a full week, then rinse thoroughly and fully dry in sun.
