Dead fire fish

In 32 gallon biocube. Hermits are eating it already so should I just leave it or will it cause parameter issues?

I always think it best to remove them but I rarely get the chance. Crabs gotta eat too. Even when I don't find them I've never seen a nutrient spike in my 34 gallon from a missing fish.
