My green BTA has been deflated for about 5-6 days, mouth wide open and not really responding to touch. It’s still attached to the rock and doesn’t smell. If it dies, will it really nuke my tank? The tank is 120g with just coral, 2 rbta’s and CUC as it’s currently fallow. Thanks.

Nah. I Had a BIG nem turn to soup in a powerhead, and my tank was fine. Didn’t even do a water-change

If it dies completely, just take what is left of it’s foot out.

If he’s stuck, he’s alive.
If he starts to bounce around and can’t stick discard.
If he starts to fall apart discard.
He may surprise you and you find him inflated again.
No nuke, but might make a mess...

BTA will not cause problem, but Magnifica, Gigantea and Haddoni can absolutely kill all the fish if they get puree by the PH
