Cleaned the glass an hour later just before adding a new fish I found this don't understand

Sorry for your loss. Looks like it got spiked by dorsal fins. What else is in your tank? Did you use an acclimation box?

No I had this fish for about 5 years only fish in Aquarium. The other fish is still in QT totally bummed out

Cleaning glass can certainly upset your fish, but i have never heard of it killing one. Any other changes?
