Thanks so much for being one of our awesome Site Supporters! We have 2...that's right TWO PRIZES each month!!! A $100 Gift Certificate from Live Aquaria and an awesome SHU Acclimation Box from Octo Aquatics!

How to enter:

• Make a post in this thread telling us what your favorite holiday traditions are or something special about this time of year that you love. :)

BONUS ENTRIES: Do any of the following... (Be sure to make a separate post in the thread for each entry completed)

1. Post a picture of something you love about the holidays.
2. Check out Octo Aquatics and tell us what you like most about their products! This could be which product you like best and why OR what in general you like most about their products.
3. Check out Live Aquaria, and tell us what you would spend your gift card on if you win.
4. Update your build thread on R2R! You can do this once a week for extra entries!
5. Make a post ANYWHERE in our general forums on R2R! This can be a comment in a discussion you're following, a question you're asking, a photo of your tank... YOU NAME IT!! ANYTHING you want to post (within our family-friendly rules of course :D). You can do this daily for extra entries!
6. Share any thread from the Reef2Reef on any social media platform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, WHICHEVER platform you use). This can be ANY thread you're enjoying on R2R. (Winning entry will be verified.) This can be done daily for extra entries!!

Entries will be accepted through January 2nd at midnight EST. We will be picking 2 winners via random number generator on January 3rd.

We will choose the winners via a random number generator. The winner's username will be tagged in the winning announcement. We will not email, pm, or contact the winner other than tagging the winning name. Be sure to check back to claim your prize. If it is not claimed within 3 days we will do a re-pick and so on until the prize is claimed.

What I love about the holidays are how family from far (and near) come together and we get to all catch up. There is food and drinks and gifts and all that, but my favorite part truly is seeing how everyone has grown - physically, sure; but mostly emotionally and intellectually.

Love the clean look of their stuff. I would definitely use the winnings to get a custom screen top for my tank.

Octo aquatics- I already have the nori clip, heater holder, and custom adjustable skimmer stand. Top quality stuff, American made, excellent customer support. If I need it and he makes it, that is where I will buy it.

I luv everything about this season, both religious and secular, as participate in both. The joy and love that surrounds this time of the year. And of course, Christmas dinner: Prime rib roast and fried oysters.

I have visited Octo Aquatics many times. I just ordered a pair of custom filter cups for my Waterbox from them. And thankfully they make them, as no one else does. Next up is a custom top.

I was just at Live aquaria as I have been many times trying to figure what fish will work for my aquarium. Really like the toby puffer, but it's not going to work. Trying to figure out which wrasse I can get, along with a Yellow Watchman gobi.
