Deltec Tc 3000 micro bubbles

The skimmer seems to be puting out alot of micro bubbles. It's been set up for a few days now and I know its quite common with new skimmers but I can see where the bubbles are coming from and I can't see how waiting for a biofilm to form will stop them? Could someone familiar with this skimmer please advise?
