hello everyone, so this is what's going on. I have derasa clam it's about 7 inches wide, this clown fish has taken to hangout in it, in fact the clown hangs out in my open brain, my elegance coral and some big hairy mushrooms i have, yet it won't go near the RBTA I got for it !. is the clowns behavior dangerous to the clam ? if yes what do i do ?

IMG_5549.JPG It's fine. Half the time they host a powerhead. Best way to get the anemone and clown together is put them in a tight space together. I floated a spaghetti strainer in the top of the tank for a week.

While it looks neat the clownfish can disturb or stress the clam out. Also, fish have been killed by there clam hosts as well. Recently our lightning maroon got real cozy with our big squamosa and it got to a point where it negatively impacted the clam. Just keep an eye out, we ended up removing the clownfish. It had no interest in the bubble tip nem 6" away from it, crazy clowns
