So as im trying my own Praxis Method to keep full natural reef not sterile, I decided to go with slow flow cryptic reactor with rock ruble for sponges and other non photosynthetic life, that overflow to wet dry bioballs for aeration, what u guys think :)? There was test being done by BRS about biome cycle, and by some people about cryptic sumps based on old german research of sea spongdto boost biodiversity, my method is pretty much combination of both ideas with algaes in display tank and daily dosing of phytoplankton, :). Once here I will set 2new tanks same size AIO one standart way with protein skimmer etc one only on this reactor and Praxis method and i will run test.
