thanks man i really appreciate it.... i saw one time you had done that in my profile.... fwiw they both use the same diamond blade from the sounds of it the dfs is a real rip off then i had no clue it came with one blade the plastic table i knew about.... i mean where you think inland got the idea???? the reefers were buying up all the db100 saws and said hey they got money let's make a cheaper one and sell it for more money hahahahahahah lol.....

I have the DFS-100 and I'm having problems keeping the blade in its place while cutting, it "falls" off. Also Lee please let us know how you clean it, specially to remove the carbonate from the corals. Also none of the models have a ball bearing, how you maintain the wheels running free after using it many times. Do you use any lube? Please lee explain to us!

Thanks

Eric

well the only way to control the tracking is on the back of the top wheel it makes the top wheel lean forward or back play with that adjustment and spin the wheels by hand while the door is open to make sure it stays on the middle of the bottom wheel... i honestly never run my machine above 50 percent on the speed don't see any need to do so really it cuts nice and smooth...... i think the motor is way over kill on it thank gawd you can adjust the speed..... as for cleaning it i just run some fresh water through it and wipe it down with a nice damp cloth.... nothing fancy and i don't use any lube....

Lol. Tried to give you some good reputation Troy but it told me I have to spread the good reputation to someone else before I give you another. Just goes to show how many times you've helped me out

Didn't even realize that there was a rep button on here! Good to know, lots of good information going around.
