DI Resin sponge, top or bottom?

This is the housing I received for DI resin. Should the sponge be at the bottom or top?
I'm guessing top but just want to make sure..

I would say in front of the exit line so resin does not escape the container.

You have it in the right spot. Without the sponge the resin will not stay in place.
