So I’ve actually had some diatoms/algae growth on the glass of my tank for a few weeks, but my pods have been doing a great job of keeping it in check and cleaning it out. Now it’s started to appear a little on the rockwork (one rock so far) and in limited areas of the sand bed so I figure it’s about time to get some cuc. What would be best to add in my 125 gallon fowlr?

I'm also curious, so I'll just leave this message here to get notified ;)

My tank is almost a year old. I haven't experienced the dreaded uglies (yet...).
But I do get some brown stuff on the sand that I have to clean manually.

New tank?
Yeah new tank, I’m thinking snails and a conch but unsure of how many and what to add. Ideally no hermits, at least for now but yeah. I also don’t want to add too much since the tank isn’t fully established so that things won’t starve. Tank has been running for about 3-4 months
