Did FW Dip on Tomini Tang and white worms came out instead of flukes

Can anyone identify what these are? Tomini stopped eating and started hiding for two days and then started twitching it's head while swimming which is why I attempted it to see if it was flukes. Can't tell if it's a set of parasites or water debri clogged. None are moving.

Hard to tell from image with the print but looks like a trematode but not positive.

Hard to tell due to the resolution but the lines are string-like unlike the sludge shaped flukes that was expected
