Did I give my rainbow Bubble Tip Anemone a sunburn? I add a extra light to the side that looks stunted?

it looks ok to me, BTA tentacles regularly change size and shape. If it isn't moving, and it isn't dead, you can assume it's happy! That's the best anemone advice I've received to date.

Seems fine but I would recommend to place the light in acclimation mode then in a couple of days increase it little by little to desired spectrum

That one doesn't look bad to me. I keep several of these and mine love light. They all get over 300 par and do great. For mine flow is the determining factor as far as tentacle shape. Low flow and mine bubble. Higher flow and the tentacles get long.
