Did i just get scammed by pnw custom?

Hey all,

Im relatively new to reefing.
I saw a bunch of videos and posts about PNW Custom and ordered a bunch of things from them on the 14th of November. One what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Ive been trying to follow up with them through emails and instagram dms haven’t gotten a single response and now they’re actively posting on instagram and deleting my comments asking about my order.
i have seen threads where quite a few people have ordered and received so im confused why the lack of communication. Feels so scammy
