I currently have a 37 gallon tall tank. I have 2 clowns, a yellow tail blenny, six line and a flame angel. I do enjoy pj cardinal Fish. Would it be smart to add them or would I have too many fish?

Nope, you're nowhere near maxed. Depending on your filtration (skimmer, media, how often you change it out, etc.) you can easily run a few more fish. 8 fish is probably the upper limit for your tank, but you may be able to squeeze in a few more (see: filtration, nutrient levels).

Not maxed out imo, but also that flame angel has no business in a 37 gallon tank given their swim pattern and needs.

Pj' Cardinal would be fine as would a pair of fire fish.
