I have 3 rbt anemones that I bought that are not doing well at all I’m constantly checking my parameters and adjusting as needed without making drastic changes. My carpet anemone is fine almost doubled in size in half the amount of time I have had the 3 rbt.
I have heard that anemones of different species are sometimes difficult to keep together with the idea that they may be producing toxins that they release to eliminate competition for footholds in the environment. Folks suggest using a high quality carbon to clean up the water from these toxins in these instances. @OrionN - comments?
I have carbon running with my gfo and all 3 of my rbt's are the same and from the same place and they have been this way for months, and will still move around.
