Hi all, Here is the latest from the AIO DIY Different Tank Build. Had to add more light to support the Photosynthetic part of the nitrate reduction. The original 30 watt LED was not doing much of anything. The Seahorse tank had a 160 watt Aquarium Light that was way too powerful. The lights were switched. Within three hours the nitrate reading plunged. The Bio Bobbins have adjusted to the Average Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate Levels. The Nitrate Peak after feeding was not expected or handled well by the stable Bio Bobbins. Once the Coral had sufficient light the photosynthetic parts of the Coral quickly handled the feeding surge.
