Difficult fish ID

Loved the look of a fish at petco the other day but couldn't find an associate to help with an ID. I could only get a few blurry pics but hopefully someone is familiar with the fish and can Give me a positive identification.

Hmmm....I dunno...if I would have to guess I'd say its called Blurred Fish. Its part of the blurred family.

pretty sure that is it but I can not find any pictures of its juvenile coloration.

that is not exactly it but I found another page selling a splendid dotty back and their picture looked exactly like the fish I saw.
